Gov. Gretchen Whitmer 'disappointed' that Trump is considering a pardon for men in kidnap plot

Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer on Thursday said that she's "very disappointed" that President Donald Trump is considering pardoning the men who were convicted of conspiring to kidnap her in 2020.
