Paramount makes hostile takeover bid for Warner Bros. Discovery
After Netflix announced a deal to buy Warner Bros. Studios, HBO, and HBO Max, David Ellison’s Paramount went directly to shareholders with a bid to buy the entirety of Warner Bros. Discovery.
